1. Purpose:The study researched the effect of incremental exercise to exhaustion in different burdens and different time on the dynamic change of the free radicals metabolism and anti-oxidation enzyme in the heart ,liver, lung, kidney, brain, serum of healthy male Wistar rats. To explore the dynamic change rules between the free radicals metabolism and anti-oxidation enzyme.2.Contents:1. To observe the difference between free radicals metabolism and antioxidation ability. 2. To observe the change trend of free radicals metabolism and anti-oxidation ability to confirm "free radicals threshold". 3. To explore the relation of "free radicals threshold" and serum free radicals metabolism. 4. To explore the relation of serum free radicals metabolism and Bla metabolism3. Methods:Seventy-two healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group (0 group, sample scale-8) and sport groups(the first group to the 8th group, sample scale-8).All sport groups did incremental swimming to exhaustion by increasing burden by 1% weight, before 30 mins increasing time by 10 mins, after 30 mins increasing time by 5 mins. The whole was 8 time phases,as follows:①1% weight burden and swim 10 mins;②2% weight burden and swim 10 mins;③3% weight burden and swim 10 mins;④4% weight burden and swim 5 mins;⑤5% weight burden and swim 5 mins;⑥6% weight burden and swim 5 mins;⑦7% weight burden and swim 5 mins;⑧8% weight burden to exhaustion. Every time phase was one sport group, every sport group hasing finished swimming was anaesthetized to be take out the heart, liver, lung, kidney, brain, serum. To measure the MDA, ROS, T-AOC, SOD and Bla by the color method.4. Results:1.MDA: Generally the heart, liver, kidney, serum, etc changed slowly before threshold, then rose quickly after threshold, each sport group after threshold was higher than control group significantly , exhaustive groups rose obviously. Lung and brain the first-8th group was not significant. The heart always presented up-trend, to compare with the 6th group, the 7th group was significant (p<0.01) . The serum, and liver dropped slowly before the 5th group, then rose quickly. The 6th group was higher than the 5th group (p<0.05); The kidney dropped slowly before the 6th group, then rose quickly . The7th group was higher than the 6th group (p<0.05) . 2.ROS: Generally the dynamic trend of ROS was the same as MDA, the threshold of all organ organization was the same as MDA. 3.SOD: Heart and kidney rose slowly before thr 3th group, then drop slowly; The serum always dropped; Lung and brain were more stable. Difference between every group was not significant. 4.T-AOC: Heart and lung rose before the 5th group, then dropped slowly; Serum and kidney always dropped slowly;Liver had a hollow before the 4th group then dropped; The brain presented a wave type ascension. Difference between every group was not significant. 5.The Bla: Generally the trend was up, Bla before the 5th group rose slowly then rose quickly (p<0.05) , compared with control group the 6th -8th group was much significant (p<0.01).5. Conclusions:(1) Take ROS, MDA as index sign, the free radicals thresholds of heart ,liver, kidney, serum existed evidently ;the free radicals thresholds of lung and brain were not evident.(2) Anti-oxidation ability of different organ organization existed difference, lung, brain>heart, kidney>liver, blood.(3)We could consider free radicals threshold of serum indirectly reflects free radicals metabolism during swimming.(4)The relation between free radicals metabolism and Bla existed. We could consider Bla threshold indirectly reflects free radicals metabolism during swimming.
