Following global curriculum reforms, the research-oriented study is being researched by more and more countries in the world. In 2000,《Instructions of the research-oriented curriculum of High School of Shanghai》was issued in Shanghai of China. Then the research-oriented curriculum is set up in order to build the bridge of knowledge and life for students and to promote all-round development of students.But the lack of curricular resource of high school mathematical research-oriented curriculums and time of teachers at present time prevents the research-oriented curriculum from being carried out. Therefore, on the basis of the characteristics of mathematical research-oriented curriculum and theories about the development of teaching materials, the author puts forward the basic mode of the development of teaching materials of mathematical research-oriented curriculum in Chinese high school in order to supply theoretical guidance for teachers to some extent.This thesis contains five parts:Chapter one is introduction. It contains the background, the approaches and significance of the research, and the structure of the thesis.In chapter two, the author defines some important concepts such as "mathematical research-oriented curriculum" on the basis of former researches by other scholars, concludes the characteristics and objects of mathematical research-oriented curriculum, and introduces the development of the research-oriented curriculum and basic theories.In chapter three, on the basis of former researches by other scholars, the author sorts out the definitions of teaching material, the standard of the research-oriented curriculum of mathematics and the theories of the development of teaching materials. Finally, the author concludes the mode of the development of teaching materials of mathematical research-oriented curriculum in order to supply theoretical guidance for teachers.In chapter four, according to the mode in chapter three, the author selects three special contents to develop teaching material in detail.Finally, the author illuminates the future direction of the research.
