Over the past 30 years,in order to strengthen quality education,a breakthrough reform has been made in curriculum structure in Shanghai.In 1998,the second curriculum reform in Shanghai established a curriculum structure with basic,expanding and researching courses(called inquiry courses in the nine-year compulsory education stage)as the main body,reflecting the basic,holistic and selective nature.Inquiry-based curriculum is an important part of the whole basic education curriculum structure.It not only bridges the students' book knowledge and life reality,but also promotes their all-round development.At present,the lack of junior middle school mathematics Inquiry-based Curriculum Teaching Materials and related research makes the implementation of Inquiry-based Curriculum difficult.The problems solved in this study are as follows:(1)What are the criteria for junior middle school mathematics Inquiry-based Curriculum teaching materials?(2)What is the basic model of exploratory Curriculum Teaching Materials Development in junior middle school mathematics?(3)What are the strategies for choosing teaching materials for inquiry-based mathematics course in junior middle school?This research mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis and action research.On the basis of theoretical research on Inquiry-based Curriculum and teaching materials development,combined with the basic characteristics of inquiry-based mathematics curriculum and the relevant theories and principles of teaching materials development,this paper puts forward the basic mode of developing inquiry-based Mathematics Curriculum Teaching Materials in junior middle school(OMODE mode),and interrogates it with parallel lines by broken lines.Examples include questions,edge and corner problems,golden section,functions in life,etc.The specific development of teaching materials,the formation of teaching design,and the practical research in the Inquiry-based Curriculum of junior middle school mathematics provide ideas for teachers to develop the Inquiry-based Curriculum in the teaching process,enrich the research content of the Inquiry-based Curriculum of junior middle school mathematics.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The content of junior middle school mathematics inquiry course teaching materials should pay attention to certain openness and practicability;it should have certain inquiry and generative;it should embody certain scientific inquiry methods;(2)OMODE mode: Object analysis-Material selection-Object determination-Design of teaching activities-Evaluation of teaching implementation;(3)Strategies for choosing teaching materials of inquiry-based mathematics course in junior middle school: inquiry materials in mathematics textbooks;inquiry subjects in social life;inquiry problems in interesting games;inquiry resources generated by teaching;inquiry projects in interdisciplinary fields;inquiry contents selected by students.
