In recent years, with the current situation of the nationwide reform in fundamental education curricula, everyone is paying close attention to the problems of reflective teaching and teachers in the fields of teaching research and teacher professional development.To encourage teachers to teach more creatively, skills in which are different then originally trained in school, the teachers are gathered in a group to share and exchange teaching ideas and methods. The teachers get the chance to brain storm their ideas and discuss their ideas as a collective body which help teacher to share their knowledge and experiences. Reflective school-based training allows teacher to realize different problems they might have, research different solutions, solve their problems and observe their problem as a third person, allow them to solve their problem objectively.In order to raise the teacher's school-based training level, the interscholastic subject-teaching association has been set up in Pudong New Area. Thus, we can make an in-depth research on a new way of school-based training, which based on motive force according to continuous reflective thinking. After the research on ideas, designing, state and effect of the school-based training with an unsatisfied eye, the teachers will take the effective ways to develop the benefit of school-based training.This research on reflective school-based training in an interscholastic subject-teaching association from teaching cases include teaching, drawing up an activity plan and research topic. Its purpose is to give full play to the interaction between the personal reflection and collective reflection. This way of school-based training can make use of collective thinking and wisdom to improve the teachers' reflective ability and teacher professional development.
