Scholars pay more and more attention to the reflective teacher education, and the key of reflective teacher education is the formation of reflective consciousness and ability. Kindergarten-based training is based on kindergarten development, based on needs of kindergarten teachers in the actual teaching work to solve problems, so it can be more effective to promote the development of kindergarten teachers. Moreover, teachers’ professional quality improvement can not be separated from teachers’ reflection which plays a key role in improving teachers’ professional quality. Therefore, it is very important to cultivate teachers’ reflection ability based on the view of the kindergarten training.This study focuses on the core question of cultivating the kindergarten teachers’ reflective ability based on the view of kindergarten training. It takes kindergarten teachers and principals of the Chongqing public gardens and private gardens as research objects, using the method of questionnaire survey, interviews and others. Through data and information collection, this study analyzes the present situation of teachers’ reflective ability in the kindergarten-based training and provides scientific suggestions and strategies for cultivating kindergarten teachers’ reflection ability.This study mainly contains five aspects, the theoretical basis discussion on the cultivation of teachers’ reflective ability training, constructivism theory, critical theory and reflective teaching theory. Constructivism provides the basis of cognitive theories for the cultivation of teachers’ reflective ability; critical theory provides philosophy theory basis; reflective teaching theory provides the theory basis of thinking angle. The present situation investigation of the teachers’ reflective ability in the kindergarten-based training, is mainly from two aspects, ideas and behaviors. It analyzes problems through survey data; analyzes factors of influencing the cultivation of teachers’ reflective ability through the literature and questionnaire, including teachers themselves and kindergarten management. Based on the strategy thinking of kindergarten teachers’ reflective ability improved by kindergarten-based training, this study mainly explores teachers internal stuff and external support.
