Theoretical Study And Practice Of Management Of The College Art Students To Explore

Driven by the reasonable demand for art talents and unreasonable social factors, students applying for art major are gradually on the increase and art colleges begin to expand its enrollment scale. Meanwhile, many comprehensive universities also set up art majors one after another. The increased number of the art students poses challenges to the quality of the education of the art talents. To explore the management model to adapt to the features of art students in the new historic period has become a topic of the times for the university students'management.This thesis maintains that since art students possess their own features in the aspect of idea, behavior, psychology, attitude toward the major, humanistic literacy, etc., the management should be pertinent. Students'management, to some extent, has achieved certain accomplishments in China and other countries. After the overall reviewing of the relevant references, the thesis put forward the management of the art students on the basis of psychology, philosophy and administrative management, underlining the introduction of the history of university students'management, which provides a distinct academic background for the further research.In order to put forward more pertinent students'management policy, the thesis analyzed the features of the art students, and conducted a survey on the current situation of students'management. The survey shows although the art students have unique characteristics, which are different from the other students in many aspects, the relevant management failed to react pertinently based on these characteristics. This is manifested in the unreasonable orientation of students'management, the failure of the system of students'management to meet the need of social development, and the absence of temporal spirit of the philosophy of students'management, etc. According to the results of the survey, the thesis based itself on the actual working situation of XieJing Movie and Art College of Shanghai Normal University, combining students'management theories such as"People foremost","Regulating in either gentle or forceful ways","Harmonizing and union", and"Step by Step", etc., to explore the art students'management in the aspect of strengthening system construction, focusing on emotional investment, achieving self-management, making attempts on penetrating education and concentrating on crisis management,etc.
