The Research On The Management Of Post Practice Of High Vocational College Students Under The Management By Objectives Theory

Today, our higher education is growing rapidly in the popularization period, vocational education occupys their half, in addition, the development of economy needs more application talents, which also request the reform and enhancement of vocational education. Post practice is an important model for higher vocational education in training skilled talents, and it is also an effective measure following the vocational education rules which is advocated by nation. Current vocational colleges generally use this talents training style and pay great attention. However, in actual operation, post practice as an off-campus internship brings a lot of problems to management, therefore, how to choose an appropriate, efficient management, how to manage is one direction which we not only have to think but also is worthy of study.Management by objectives as one of well-known incentive management theories in the1950s, aims at transform an organization’s overall goals into the target of organizational units and each member, actively pursues the self-management, emphasis on objectives and results, plays management performance in the maximum degree. In this paper, the author is trying to explore an effective way which is used to the practice management for today’s vocational students under perspective of management by objectives. Starting from the connotation, characteristics and theoretical framework of Management by Objectives, the paper renders the core idea of Management by Objectives. Then based on the survey, the author proposes the management problems of post practice under Management by objectives, which is mainly from three areas:post practice early management, process management, results management. Then, analyzes the cause of the problem, the author thinks lack of understanding, difficult to manage and relevant security conditions are the three main reasons.According to the Problems of the post practice management the author proposed four optimization of countermeasures under the perspective of management by objectives:the establishment of the post practice management target system, effective practice process management, scientific assessment of the practice management, the establishment of the management of security systems.
