| Firstly this article explained"3+X+1"form of college enterance exam. Compared with"3+X","3"became not obvious, meanwhile"X"got into stable, however, the test of basic ability"1"added to it. Secondly, it pointed out new curriculum reform, the background of building college enterance exam and analyzed its defination,reason and direction as well as targets. Due to"Traditional education"of biology in senior high school which was not suitable for"3+X+1"college enterance exam form, it came up with main problems in classroom instruction and two introspections that biology teachers of high school must do. Then it emphased three learning styles: Explortory, active, autonomous methods and the setting teaching strategies together with controlling the key points, which not only placed emphasis on connection in knowledge of biology, but also helped students to form knowledge net. On the one hand, it strengthened cross of mechanism; On the other hand, it focused on reforming teaching in class and strengthened the taining of improving students'ability of doing experiments. At last, it summarized the effectiveness of setting learning styles and teaching strategies as well as controlling the key points in teaching. With the help of it, the students increased their interest of studying, changed learning styles and transformed thinking as well as made their scores increase, which were proved that students mastered both basic knowledge and basic skills, at the same time they improved the abilities of finding, analyzing and solving the problems under the form of"3+X+1"after carrying out the new curriculum reform.
