Humanization Of The Contemporary Ideological And Political Education Work

The ideological and political work on colleges and universities students is an important link in the process of their education which is planned, implemented and accomplished by universities. With the progress of society and development of human, contemporary university students are required to advance with and conform to the times so as to achieve their integrated development of knowledge, comprehensive quality and moral trait. As a kind of education that is to propagate the doctrine, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities should express its care on human dignity, human values and human destiny, furthering establishing the philosophy of "people oriented", impart professional knowledge, and resolve doubts for students, Higher Education needs to be guided with the Scientific Outlook on Development and the new education conception of "Human-Orientation" . At the same time, the colleges and universities needs to pay much attention to humanization education and combine "Human-Orientation" education conception with the ideological and political work effectively. Besides, proceeding from the reality, they are demanded to show their humanistic care and moral sentiments to the students during the work to realize the students' full development of morality, wisdom, physique and aesthetics. Studying on human-oriented ideological and political education has expanded and deepened the research direction and research field of the theory on ideological and political education, which is good to the connection of its scientific and modernization,ideological and political education is an important way to realize human beings' scientific development.This paper, based on the fundamental theory of Marxism on the basic spirit pursuing the freedom and all-round development of human, guided with the Marxism theory on Human Nature, finds out the current situation and reasons on the negative ideas owned by contemporary university students and quests the disadvantages of the traditional ideological and political education. The aim is to work over the concrete methods that can realize the humanization of ideological and political education on contemporary university students, further improving the tit-for-tat quality and actual effect of ideological and political education.
