Humanization Research In Ideological And Political Education Of Colleges According To The People-oriented Perspective

With China’s further deepening of reform and opening-up, China’s demand for thetalent increasingly high standard, ideological and political education in colleges isfacing new environment and challenge. Nowadays, college students are mainly to “after90”. They take themselves as the center, are good at expressing themselves, and aremore active for the social judgment, not limited to simple acceptance of knowledge.Therefore, a single and instilling the mode of ideological and political education isdifficult to fit in the trend of social development and meet the demand of the overalldevelopment of college students’.In order to strengthen the ideological and politicaleducation pertinence and effectiveness,college needs to construct ideological andpolitical education model of humanization.This paper in the light of the current situation of college ideological and politicaleducation combines the era of people-oriented background, from the perspective oftheory on the ideological and political education humanization in the initial construction.This paper points out that in order to realize the humanization of ideological andpolitical education, firstly, establish the people-oriented concept of basic education,people-oriented concept of education for all students, from the actual situation,from thestudent’s needs, taking students as the fundamental, to highlight the subjectivity ofstudents; secondly, constructing qualified ideological and political education work team,mainly about the two aspects of the learning and management; thirdly, to create apeople-oriented campus environment, including both the construction of hard warefacilities and software infrastructure optimization and utilization; finally, focus on themethods of ideological and political education diversity, improve educationeffect,mainly puts forward some specific and feasible implementation method. In short,college is necessary to carrying out the humanization model of ideological and politicaleducation in standing in the people-oriented macroscopic background.
