Tianjin Area To Open The Leisure Sports

At present, China has entered the era of National Tourism. People's leisure needs are strongly released. Leisure sports industry in China entered a golden period of development, rapidly emerging leisure sports market needs a lot of leisure sports professionals. Until now, only five national sports colleges opened the Leisure Sports, and associated majors are rare, so the trained personnel can not meet the growing needs of the community. Tianjin is the economic center of northern. With its rising status of the economic center and the rapid development of Binhai New Area, leisure sports industry will be a growing trend and the demand for recreational sports professionals will be more pressing. However, Tianjin area has not yet set up Leisure Sports. Obviously, the lack of recreational sports professionals as a bottleneck has restricted the development of leisure sports industry in Tianjin. So based on this condition, I prefer to research this subject, and look forward to it can provide valuable references to higher education reform, integration setting of sports majors in colleges of Tianjin with social requirements, promotion of the development of leisure sports industry.This paper based on hierarchy of needs theory, system theory and theory of supply and demand, drew the successful experience of leisure sports education from home and abroad, used methodology of literature, questionnaire, interviews, statistics and logic analysis, and combined with the actual situation in Tianjin to discusse leisure sports setting in Tianjin area.Our research results include:1. Along with the rapid rise of leisure sports industry, the social needs of leisure sports professionals are increasing and the need for a large number of recreational sports professionals is urgent. So in order to deepen the Physical Education reform and to meet social needs, it is necessary for Tianjin area to set up Leisure Sports major.2. Analyse from aspects of academic building, teachers, books, venues, facilities and school basis, Tianjin have been also equipped with the conditions of setting up Leisure Sports. Therefore, setting up this profession as soon as possible to meet the market demand for leisure sports professonals is necessary.3. Drawing the successful experience of related majors from home and abroad, according findings based on experts, considering that leisure sports industry is still in the initial stage of industrial development and the actual situation that society is short of leisure sports marketing and management talents, Tianjin area should give first place to foster leisure sports management talents when setting up Leisure Sports major.4. Tried to construct professional training objectives, personnel training standards, curriculum of Leisure Sports.
