Inquiry To College Students In The Management Of People-oriented Problems And Countermeasures

Since the reform of China, with every aspect of the economic and social sectors highly developed, higher education instantly popularized and the number of college students increased greatly year by year; so many new situations and problems have emerged in college management. The traditional management philosophy "students do not make trouble" has been unable to adapt to the requirements of society and students. In the new situation, how to realize the scientific and efficient management of college has become a new problem to be solved. A college should recognize the situation, change its ideas, positively serve for the students with the guidance of scientific outlook on development and establish people-oriented philosophy.College Management takes people-oriented philosophy as its management concept, that is, to put students first, to meet the needs of students and to change management into services. Colleges should change the existing administrative system, get rid of the shackles of backward management concept, think of ways to create conditions for students to exert their initiative and creativity, take promoting their healthy growth and comprehensive development as the management objectives. In the process of management we should insist on people-oriented, encourage students to participate in management so as to achieve self-management and activate their sense of ownership; we should carry on the concept "people-oriented management" in education, management, service, guidance, counseling, right protection and so on, so that our college could truly realize its comprehensive and complete management, send continuous flow of qualified people for China's socialist construction, making efforts to build our China into a prosperous, democratic and harmonious socialist country.
