A Study On The Student Management Work In People-oriented Colleges And Universities

To establish a scientific, rational and educational idea of "people-oriented" is not onlythe necessity of historical development, but also an effective means to solve the managementof students in colleges and universities. The society is progressing and the system isreforming. In order to cope with the changing social environment, the management work ofcollege students must constantly adapt to the needs of the times and thus carry on reforminnovation corres-pondingly reform and innovation. We should continue to pay muchattention to the "people", which is also the theoretal foundation of the philosophy of people-oriented into students’ management. Through the introduction of people-centered philosophyof education, i the efficiency and effectiveness of student management can be highhyimproved. Therefore, people-oriented idea must through out the management work of collegestudents:(1) to make more students to meet their own developmental needs and size up therequirements of the scientific humanized student management work under the guidance ofMaxist philosophy,we’re supposed to combine personal value with the cultication ofindividual comprehensive quality,which is the basis of student management, the individual asa combination of basis student management;(2) in the course of exploring the management ofstudents in colleges and universities, we should not only study the correctness of theconclusion, but also know the difference between among conclusions, at the same time thewe’re supposed to stick to the people-centered philosophy of education, which is morebeneficial to the management of students in colleges and universities as well as meeting theneeds of students, and thus contrbute to the improvement of college students management;(3)educators cannot start from a single aspect of culture or traditional culture, and impart to thestudents mechanically.However, we ought to compare the different cultural system from theperspective of ideological education and skim the cream off. As a consequence, all of thesecould be clemonstrated in front of students vividly;(4) to stimulate personalized andindependent thinking to confront different issues in a special way. And finally we can guidaccept and appreciate the individual thought of students, and stimulate the individualcharacteristics and potentials actively.
