With the advent of the 21st century, education reform is imperative since the society has set up higher standard for individuals. Therefore, as the core of the education reform, the basic education reform has drawn much attention.In 2001 and 2003, China issued Full-time compulsory education of Russian Curriculum Standards and High school curriculum standards of Russian, which has made the basic education of Russian language teaching enter a new stage of comprehensive reform. In order to test the basic situation of Russian curriculum reform, we had been to the front line of Russian education to have a better understanding of how the Russian curriculum standards have been carried out.This thesis is an empirical study, which have explored both Russian teaching and learning strategies in middle school as well as their correlation by means of questionnaire, interview and classroom observation. Then, based on scientific analysis, it has put forward helpful suggestion for the Russian teaching and learning as well as the in-depth reform of basic education. This paper has been divided into four parts:Part one, it has discussed the definitions of foreign language teaching strategies and learning strategies as well as their correlation. Firstly, it has expounded those studies of teaching strategies, foreign language teaching strategies and Russian teaching and learning strategies, along with foreign language learning and Russian learning strategies. Secondly, based on the above, it has defined those terms. At last, it has stated the correlation between Russian teaching strategies and Russian learning strategies and laid the theoretical foundation for the whole paper.Part two, it has discussed the establishment of current Russian teaching strategies and the basic reference for the training of learning strategies. According to basic concept of Russian curriculum standards, it has summarized the fundamental basis of the establishment of teaching strategies, based on the basic characteristics, overall goals, teaching suggestions and evaluations. Meantime, this paper has also summarized the fundamental basis of the training of learning strategies, based on the cognitive strategies, regulation strategies communicative strategies and resources strategies.Part three, it has stated the current situation of the middle school Russian teaching and learning strategies as well as the analysis of it. This paper has stated the research design and research method, and represented the current situation of the use of teaching and learning strategies based on the results and statistics. Besides, it has analyzed the statistics by means of SPSS 13.0 statistical analysis software, and expounded the correlation between the implement of teaching strategies and the form of learning strategies.Part four, conclusion and suggestions. This paper has come to a conclusion on the correlation analysis based on the current situation of the use of teaching strategies and learning strategies, and provided guides for the basic education of Russian.
