A Study On The Patriotism Education Of Russian Universities Under The Background Of New Russian Ideology

Veteran socialist countries - the Soviet Union suffered a profound institutional change in 1990s. Unfortunately, the so-called "dramatic change" is not a magnificent turn, but to bring the political, economic, cultural and other aspects of social problems, which is also reflected in the field of education. Patriotism education nourishes the whole social life of the people of Soviet Union, which is one of the important factor in national ideology. However, after total negation of ideology, the society overlook all the relevant education problems in national ideology. The result of the domestic patriotism education system was severely damaged, and the patriotism sense of students went into a sharp decline. For today's Russia, to achieve the harmonious development of the country and society must as soon as possible looking for "social unity of values and ideology", and actively guide students the correct values, reshape the patriotic consciousness, thus grasp the human power of the social progress and development. New Russian Ideology is the product of the period. On the one hand, New Russian Ideology strive to build a new unity ideology, on the other hand highlights the importance of patriotism to the social development. Under the construction background of New Russian Ideology, all Russian Universities to respond positively to national policy, resume patriotism education system. Combines characteristics of the students to actively explore the fusion of Eastern and Western cultural characteristics of education, to comprehensively strengthen patriotism education.This paper from the construction background of New Russian Ideology mainly researches the patriotism education in Russian university. The full text mainly composed of three parts. First, from the historical background, basic connotation and origin researches New Russian Ideology, and explore the relationship between it and patriotism education; Second, researches the overall status and characteristics of the patriotism education in the Russian universities, and objective analysis of Russian universities' practical difficulties; Finally, by analyzing the similarities between Russian and Chinese universities, for further strengthening and improving patriotism education in Chinese Universities.
