Cultivation Of College Students In The National Defense Education In The Perspective Of Team Spirit

Through studying on the theory of team spirit and its development, the thesis revealed that team spirit has a relevant relation with group thought concerning its connotation and effect. It put up the working system between team spirit and group effect and the system's theory model. While emphasizing the necessity and importance of team spirit among college students, this essay depicts the current situation and causes of it by questionnaire studies. The idea that national defense education and the cultivation of team spirit in college students have a close relationship is proposed in this thesis. Some measures and contents of the national defense education can be taken to cultivate the team spirit in college students effectively. It shows its unique advantages and proved to be effective in this cultivation. Finally, it suggests that national defense education should be implemented in 4 aspects "theory, practice, appraisement and culture atmosphere".
