The booming of information technology, as well as the development teaching and learning theory, makes the construction of learning society possible. Online learning as a means of Lifelong-learning education, has shown a good development trend in our country and the abroad, but at the same time, there is a certain inefficiency teaching behavior about the online teaching:The two behavior of teaching and learning of teaching Although formally integrated, but the essence is still basically in a "mutual free" state, there are no effective substantive integration. The pursuit of effective teaching is the eternal theme on the theory and practice of teaching study.In this case, we need to learn the theory of effective teaching, combined with the characteristics of online teaching, explore and research effective online teaching, artificially re-integrate the separation of teaching and learning. In this paper, firstly we conducted a theoretical study of effective teaching, and further clarify the connotation of effective online teaching. Then, we analysized the status of online teaching using questionnaires and observation. Based on the theoretical research and analysis of the current situation that the online teaching is the process of interaction between learner and learning environment, follow the activity theory framework for the proposed activity system, focusing on activity theory from the perspective on teaching system, analysis elements and subsystems of the online systems, and based on the occurrence we advance the effective teaching process model. This thesis consists of 6 chapters:ChapterⅠ:Introduction. This chapter mainly discusses the necessity of building effective teaching mode, as well as describes the ideas, contents and methods it takes.ChapterⅡ:It shows the theory of building an effective online teaching mode. This chapter Introduces the connotation of the concept of effective teaching and online teaching mode, re-interpreted effective teaching with online environment, and clarified the theoretical basis of this study, in which activity theory, system theory, the network of teaching and learning three basic interaction theory, learning community theory and effective teaching theory provides a theoretical support for building a network of effective teaching mode;ChapterⅢ:Survey and analysis of online teaching. Using questionnaire and interview approach to understanding the online teaching status, collect and process the survey data, then analysis the survey results.ChapterⅣ:The construction effective online teaching mode Based on activity theory. Based on the study In ChapterⅡChapterⅢof theoretical research and practical research, we proposed the theory of activity-based mode of effective online teaching. This chapter analyzed the basic elements of effective online teaching--teachers, learners and the teaching environment, elaborate the subsystem of effective online teaching--cognitive learning system, co-teaching system, teaching interactive system, Propose interaction is the core of effective teaching, Only the core elements of interaction took place, effective teaching will occur. Then, proposed effective online teaching mode based on the above analysis and Network learning process conversation model, and analysis the significance of the effective online teaching mode from a practical level. ChapterⅤ:Based on effective online teaching mode probe specific strategies can refer to the improvement of teaching-learning effectiveness.ChapterⅥ:The conclusions of this study. We summarizes the results of this thesis, as well as inadequate with a view to the vast network educators to provide reference.
