2011World Women Volleyball Cup Chinese Women Volleyball Team And The Foreign Women’s Volleyball Comparative Analysis Of The Effect Of Serve

Service is the only technology from opponents constraints in all volleyball technology. An accurate and aggressive service, can not only score, but also destroy the opponent’s first attack and tactics,so it plays a pre-emptive strike to seize the initiative and to get rid of the passive role. This study have a comparative analysis to Chinese women’s volleyball team and the opponent’s serving effect in the11th World Cup through the literature material method, expert interview method, video observation and mathematic statistics, so draw the following conclusion:1.In the11th World Cup, compared to the other11national women’s volleyball teams’ average serving effect, Chinese women’s volleyball team’s service is in a higher level.When competite to the weak team,Chinese women’s volleyball team’s service caused great threats,and to the strong team played a normal level.In Chinese women’s volleyball team,only Yimei Wang have the power jump service,it has greater offensive but higher error rate. Chinese women’s volleyball team and most of the other national women’s volleyball team players have the jump floating service, the level is close,and the gap of the effect is not evident. Front uphand floating ball,Chinese women’s volleyball team is close to the serving effect of the other national women’s volleyball team, but the Chinese women’s volleyball team have a lower error rate compared to other countries, the Chinese women’s volleyball team remained at a high level.2.Italian women’s volleyball team mainly use the jump floating which has little threat to Chinese team. Compared to Italian women’s volleyball team, Chinese women’s volleyball team’s serving effect is slightly better.3.The U.S. women’s volleyball team’s jump service is powerful,mainly because American players have better physical quality than the Chinese players. Chinese women’s volleyball team is not much worse than the U.S. women’s volleyball team when using the other style of services. Chinese women’s volleyball team and the U.S. women’s volleyball team have almost the equal overall strength.
