1 research objectivesBy measuring the blood relevant indicators of bone metabolism on drinking and exercise diabetic rats, to investigate the effect of alcohol and exercise on bone metabolism in diabetic rats, with a view to scientific and rational interfere the prevention of osteoporosis in diabetic patients.2 Experimental Methods120 male wistar rats were selected randomly divided into two groups, of which 10 were selected as control group, the others are all modeling groups for diabetes. Adaptive feeding after one week, a successful model of diabetic rats were randomly divided into six groups, diabetes group, diabetes exercise group, diabetes drinking wine group, diabetes drinking liquor and doing exercise group, diabetes drinking beer group, diabetes drinking Beer plus exercise group. Exercise group adopt increased strength doing exercise, drinking and doing exercise group exercise in the morning,drinking at afternoon, training intensity and irrigation feeding volume same as above. After eight weeks, rats were fasted for 12 hours, take the rats blood. Measurement of serum phosphorus (P), calcium (Ca), anti-tartar of acid phosphatase (STR-ACP), alkaline phosphatase (AKP), hydroxyproline (Hyp) content, all data used SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis.3 results3.1 The changes of serum calcium, phosphorus index in drinking wine and exercise diabetes ratsThe content of calcium in serum in diabetes group, diabetes exercise group, diabetic drinking wine group and diabetic drinking liquor and exercise group was significantly lower than control group (P<0.001), diabetes drinking wine group was significantly higher than diabetic group (P<0.05), The content of phosphorus in serum in diabetic drinking wine group and diabetic drinking liquor and exercise group was significantly lower than diabetic exercise group (P<0.05), no significant difference in phosphorus and Ca2+ among other groups.3.2 The changes of serum AKP, STR-ACP, HYP in drinking wine and exercise diabetic ratsThe activity of AKP, STR-ACP of diabetes group were significantly and significantly higher than the normal group (P<0.001), the content of serum Hyp was significantly lower than normal group (P<0.05).The activity of AKP, STR-ACP of diabetes exercise group were no significant differences with diabetes group, the content of serum Hyp was significantly higher than the diabetes group (P<0.05).The activity of AKP, diabetes wine group was significantly lower than diabetic group (P<0.001), The activity of STR-ACP activity was significantly higher than the normal group (P<0.05), the content of Hyp was significantly higher than the diabetic group (P<0.05).The activity of AKP of diabetes drinking liquor and exercise group was significantly lower than diabetic liquor group (P<0.05); and was significantly lower than the diabetes exercise group (P<0.001), the content of Hyp, diabetes, drinking liquor and exercise group was significantly higher than diabetes liquor group (P<0.05), and significantly higher than diabetes group (P<0.001); the activity of STR-ACP in the different diabetic groups there was no significant difference.3.3 The changes of serum calcium, phosphorus in drinking beer and sports diabetes ratsCompared with normal group, the concentration of Ca2+ in diabetic beer group and diabetic drinking beer and exercise group were significantly lower (P<0.001), whereas no significant changes in serum phosphorus. the concentration of Ca2+ and phosphorus between diabetes group, are no significant difference.3.4 The changes of serum AKP, STR-ACP, HYP in drinking beer and sports diabetes ratsCompared with normal group, diabetes beer group serum AKP, Hyp no clear change, STR-ACP increased significantly (P<0.05); serum AKP in diabetes beer and exercise group was significantly lower (P<0.05), Hyp were significantly increased (P< 0.001), STR-ACP was no significant difference.Serum AKP activity, diabetes beer group, diabetes beer and exercise group were significantly lower than diabetic group and diabetes exercise group (P<0.001); the content of serum Hyp, diabetes beer and exercise group was significantly higher than diabetes group and diabetes beer group (P<0.001), diabetes exercise group was significantly higher than diabetic beer group (P<0.05), diabetes beer and exercise group was significantly higher than diabetes exercise group (P<0.05). STR-ACP activity in serum between diabetic group was no significant difference4 Conclusions4.1 The content of serum Ca2+and Hyp in diabetic rats are lower than normals, while the activity of AKP, STR-ACP are corresponding increased, indicating the low transformation of bone in diabetic rats, bone resorption increased, and accompanied by osteoporosis.4.2 appropriate exercise can significantly improve the content of Hyp and Ca2+ in diabetic rats, and decreased the activity of serum AKP, STR-ACP, that of exercise can increase bone conversion rate in diabetic rats, has a positive effect on prevention of osteoporosis.4.3 Drinking liquor can significantly reduce the activity of serum AKP, increased the content of Ca2+ and Hyp, indicating liquor can promote deposition of bone mineral and formation bone matrix, increase bone mass, effectively alleviate diabetic rat osteoporosis.4.4 Liquor and exercise can significantly decreased activity AKP in serum of diabetic rats, increased Hyp content, and the STR-ACP activity was lower than that drinking liquor group, indicating of drinking liquor plus exercise with good regulation effect on improvement osteoporosis in diabetic rats.4.5 Drink beer decreased serum AKP activity in diabetic rats compared with diabetic rats, the activity of serum AKP in drinking beer and exercise in diabetic rats is lower than diabetic rats simply to drink beer, and the content of Hyp was significantly elevated,blood Ca2+ also tended to increase, suggesting that drinking beer with exercise also has a good regulation.to alleviate diabetes osteoporosis.
