1Research ObjectivesTeenagers’ bone density are on the rise, early adolescence exercise intervention is to improvethe optimal period of bone density, the beneficial effect on bone density more obvious andadolescence in weight (jump) movement can improve the peak bone mass, adolescence is thepeak bone mass of the formation of the sensitive period, working with weights improves corestability and strengthens muscles, which in turn boosts metabolism, improves balance andflexibility, and builds bone density, do exercise in the growing development of the rush hour canpromote the construction of the bone. Combining the animal and human experiment results, thestrength of different intermittent running a training has a significant effect on bone metabolism, Ichoose growing rat as the research object in this test, by measuring the blood relevant indicatorsof bone metabolism on the growth period rats. Explore different strength intermittent treadmilltraining of growth period rats the influence of bone metabolism, so as to provide the trainingintensity of teenagers set theory support.2Experimental MethodsSelect70male wistar rats(Shandong LuKang pharmaceutical LTD company), four weeks,average weight is (67.99±5.83)g, according to assort randomly divided into seven groups (n=10):the control group and the exercise group. According to the VO2max, there are65%、70%、75%、80%、85%、90%groups.8weeks treadmill training, training six days a week, eachgroup of training three times, each time not less than10min, the interval is30min. The lastmovement after24h, by picking the eyeball take the rats blood, destroyed rats’ spinal cord put todeath and dissection. take the femur dissection of the connective tissue, wrapped with gauzesoaked by normal saline,-84℃kept at low temperature, bone mass(BMC), bone mineraldensity(BMD) to be tested. All date usedSPSS17.0software for statistical analysis. 3Results3.1Before and after the experiment weight compared of the ratsRats weight was be compared no significant difference with each other group before theexperiment(P>0.05). The rats weight of70%group significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05), the group of75%—90%very significant lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),the group of90%were significantly lower than the group of65%and70%(P<0.05).3.2The BMD and BMC comparison after the experimentThe femoral BMD of70%and75%group significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05); the femoral BMC of65%,75%,85%group significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05), the group of70%very significant higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The femoral BMD of70%group significantly higher than the65%group(P<0.05), Thegroup of85%,90%significantly lower than the65%group(P<0.05); the femoral BMC of90%significantly lower than the65%group(P<0.05).The femoral BMD, BMC of the group of75%—90%significantly lower than those in the70%group(P<0.05).The femoral BMD of the group of85%,90%and the femoral BMC of the group of90%aresignificantly lower than those in the75%group(P<0.05).The femoral BMD, BMC of the group of90%significantly lower than those in the85%group(P<0.05).3.3Biochemical markers of bone metabolism3.3.1The AKP and StrACP comparison after the experimentAfter8weeks treadmill training, the serum AKP, StrACP of exercise group weresignificantly higher than the control group(P<0.05), the serum AKP of70%,80%group andthe serum StrACP of80%group very significant higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The serum AKP of70%group significantly higher than65%group(P<0.05), the serumAKP of85%,90%group significantly lower than65%group(P<0.05); the serum StrACP of80%—90%group significant higher than those in the65%group(P<0.05).The serum AKP of80%—90%group significant lower than70%or75%group(P<0.05); the serum StrACP of80%—90%group significant higher than70%or75%group(P<0.05).The serum StrACP of90%group significant higher than80%or85%group(P<0.05).3.3.2The blood calcium(Ca), phosphorus(P) comparison after theexperimentThe blood calcium(Ca) of65%,70%group were very significantly higher than the controlgroup(P<0.01),90%group significantly lower than control group(P<0.05); The bloodphosphorus(P) of65%group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05), theother in the exercise group were very significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The blood calcium(Ca) of70%—90%group were significantly lower than the65%group(P<0.05); The blood phosphorus(P) of75%—90%group were significantly higher than the65%group(P<0.05).The blood calcium(Ca) of75%—90%group were significantly lower than the70%group(P<0.05); The blood phosphorus(P) of75%—90%group were significantly higher than the70%group(P<0.05).The blood calcium(Ca) of80%,90%group were significantly lower than the75%group(P<0.05); The blood phosphorus(P) of85%,90%group were significantly higher than the75%group(P<0.05).The blood calcium(Ca) of85%,90%group were significantly lower than the80%group(P<0.05), The blood phosphorus(P) of90%group were significantly lower than the85%group(P<0.05).4Conclusion4.1Along with the increase of the sports load rat weight significant reduction, the rats weight of70%group significantly lower than the control group. Long-term high intensity exercise lead torat occurrence motion fatigue, reduce food intake, movement of energy consumption, make ratscomposition of the substance was catabolism itself, appear alienation trend.4.2The training of70%of the VO2max moderate intensity intermittent running make the growthperiod rat bone mass and bone mineral density increased obviously. Along with the increase of the sports load the femoral BMD、BMC are significant reduction.4.3The osteoblast most active of the group of70%, serum AKP is the highest value, Serum StrACP is at a minimum, be helpful for rats the accumulation of bone mass and the increase of bone density. When the training intensity is more than80%VO2max, osteoclast activity increases rapidly, thus influence bone mass accumulation and peakbonemass formation.4.4Along with the increase of the sports load each sport group blood calcium and phosphorus content there were increase and decrease trend. When the training intensity is more than70%V02max, the activity of osteoclast is more than osteoblast, bone mineral content on a declining curve.4.5Obese people, to lose weight, you must adopt scientific movement, and strictly control his food. Athletic intensity by80%above the V02max should be high intensity exercise.4.6Teenagers competitive athletes fitness, take70-85%every Wednesday, four times the V02max increased load aerobic exercise. One week increased approximately5%weight, so that the muscle, bone to perceive mechanical stress of the effective stimulation.4.7General exercise crowd, take60-75%VO2max aerobic load movement, according to their own physical condition and the seasonal change of climate, sooner or later, arrange the proper sports and suitable sport intensity, progressive insist on sports, one week increase by about5%of weight.
