| For a long time, the practice of moral education is at the low level of experience. The subjectivity and blindness in the course of practice lead to the inefficiency of moral education. The Chinese version MJT made by Lind was used to evaluate the college students'moral development objectively in the study. The questionnaire was also used to get the all dimensional status of college moral education from four aspects of moral education curriculums, social practice, daily life management and professional teaching. And the data analysis was adopted to explore the effect of moral education on students'moral development, so that the policy of moral education can be made on facts.By the analysis of investigation, it's found that there are eight characteristics of moral education and students'moral development in college as follows:the moral emotion of college students tends to the fifth and sixth stage of moral development in Kohlberg's theory; the moral judgment of college students is in the middle level overall; there's no significant difference between male and female but their moral development shows different trends; the moral development of college students is mainly from the family's effect, personal reflection and social practice; teacher's and students'status and the students'satisfaction of moral education course have a significant effect on their moral development; the effect of social practice on college students'moral development depends on the role commitment and information feedback; the management of daily life is mainly in rules-obey style; the moral education in the course of professional teaching isn't systematic and standard.Four proposals for moral education were put forward on the basis as follows:the college should pay great attention to the social practice to achieve a sustained self-development of morality; the curriculum reform of moral education should be based on the current stage of college students'moral development; in the course of daily life management for college students, the college should know what they should do and what they shouldn't do; the teachers should attach great importance to develop students'professional ethics in order to adapt themselves to the future development. |
