Variable type teaching is proved by practice teaching has good effect in the teaching of Chinese mathematics teaching method, which is used in the teaching of mathematics teaching strategy. This strategy goal is to improve student's understanding. But the original usage is not so effective, the main performance through the variable type teaching students to understand how not deepened. Which causes a lot of students, including not follow the rules for knowledge understanding. So, the thorough research in middle school mathematics teaching becomes teaching style, change this kind of situation, improve the teaching level is very necessary.The purpose of this study is given through research, most will set about how to promote the teaching high school students become a better understanding of mathematical knowledge. Therefore, the strategy of the research methods of literature study, mainly is the investigation and experimental method.This article, from the four aspects: (1) through literature study, clear, teaching concept, the second variable type analysis mathematical understanding connotation. 2 the teacher through questionnaire survey about using variable type teaching mathematics comprehension of the situation, and students in mathematics teaching teachers using variable type teaching to promote understanding attitude, and find problems and combined with variable type teaching contents, discusses the change of teaching high school math to promote understanding of the strategy. 3 in using variable type teaching mathematics comprehension strategies, and the experiment data, and the detailed to better promote teaching high school math understanding given positive evaluation.Based on studies using variable type teaching students to promote a better understanding of mathematical knowledge strategy:1 The question will become clear after type, Variant design to scientific and reasonable, Variant design is functional goal.2 Variable type should have participation, Variable type can be exploring, Variable type should have open.3 Variable type should have generative, Variant, enhance actual application should contact.Experiment teaching, students' questionnaires and end results show:The innovation of teaching can promote students' mathematical knowledge to understand, and can improve students' interest in study. Experimental comparison with experimental results show: class test with that in comparative classes exist significant differences, thus promoting teaching mathematics knowledge become the strategy will help students understand the understanding and using the strategy, and also shows the effectiveness.But in the experiment, also appeared a lot of difficulties, such as a student with no ready for class to class not to participate actively; Mathematics teaching materials and the development of the history of mathematics, all of the test has caused some difficulty, in addition, due to the class is tight, the limitation of level, adoption of class, to test results of widespread reservations.
