Original chemical problems are raw typical chemical phenomenon and chemical fact presented objectively in social production and nature, which can reflect the essence of chemical concepts and chemical principles. Original chemical problems have characteristics of objective authenticity,ecological features,concealment and open feature. Original chemical problems provide a new type teaching material for high school chemistry teaching, which can change teaching methods and learning methods, so as to effectively promote realization of three-dimension teaching goal of high school chemistry new curriculum. Introducing original chemical problems into high school chemistry teaching is significant practice for improving chemistry teaching. At present, research on original chemical problems is still at exploring stage,without systematic theory and practice system in China. This paper use literature method,questionnaire method and educational experimentation to make theoretical and practical study, by introducing original chemical problems into high middle school chemistry teaching on the base of previous researches at home and abroad.The major work of this study is theoretical study about teaching value of original chemical problems and its application in chemistry exercise teaching of high middle school. Firstly, we analyze teaching value of original chemical problems on the foundation of Pedagogy and Psychology; Secondly, we define connotation,characteristics,function and design principles of original chemical problems, designing original chemical problems according to design principles and teaching contents of high middle school chemistry compulsory 1; thirdly, we put original chemical problems into chemistry exercise teaching of high middle school as teaching materials. The Nature of Science(NOS) test,the California Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory (CCTDI),the California Critical Thinking Skills Test (CCTST) and Shaanxi Province Lintong District Final Examination Paper were employed as data collection tools. We select students of class 12 and class 13 from YuJin Middle School in Lintong District of Xi'an as research object, take the class 12 as experimental class, take the class 13 as control class. In this study, the main conclusions are as follows:original chemical problems can significantly promote scientific world outlook dimension of NOS, have not significant promoting effect on scientific inquiry and scientific cause dimension of NOS; original chemical problems can significantly promote analyticity of CCTDI; original chemical problems can significantly promote analysis skills dimension of CCTST, have not significant promoting effect on evaluation and inference of CCTST; original chemical problems have promoting effect on chemistry academic achievement of students.The innovative work: 1. defineing connotation characteristics,function and design principles of original chemical problems.2.Taking the original chemical problems into the chemistry exercise teaching of high middle school.3.Making theoretical and practical study of original chemical problems' teaching value.
