Morals is the study object of ethics, moral problems are equal to ethics problems, its focus is how to handle problems between the interest of the individual and the collective. Morality is a general outlook or opinion of moral principles, moral norms, moral belief, moral choices, moral evaluation and value orientation. At all times and in all countries, in order to maintain normal order of class society, there still needs morality in addition to corresponding laws and regulations. How to carry out morality, that is how to carry on moral education, whether its good or bad is directly influence social stability, which is a subject that class society must be face with. In the primary stage of socialism, how to find specific methods of morality education and give good service to socialism is a subject that political and ideological work studies.This paper is to study the subjects above-mentioned, On the one hand, extract the moral education theory by carding the literature of ancient and modern moral education which enhances understanding of moral education and moral education of our brainstorming. On the other hand, build structural equation model of college students'moral education which provide a quantitative theoretical basis by making questionnaire about college students'moral education and collecting survey data. Main contents are:1. The concept of moral education is studied, class nature of morality education is analyzed, trend and development of morality education is summarized, which provide a basis for the qualitative theory of college students'morality education.2. Morality education by making use of the structural equation model is put forward to study after combing the literature of moral education. Structural equation and corresponding factors of morality education can be obtained and be analyzed after making questionnaire about college students'moral education, which provides a basis for the quantitative theory of college students morality education.3. Structural equation of moral education and relevance between moral levels and three factors (social environment, school environment, family environment) can be obtained by using LISREL and SPSS reliability of data verification, frequency distribution of parity. Appropriate measure of moral education is put forward to by analyzing the structural equation.
