Civil education is a social infrastructure projects. China's current period of transition in society, in achieving economic development, there have also been lost values, moral decline, the sudden increase in illegal and criminal incidents, and many other serious social problems and building a "civil society" has become urgent needs. However, China's weak foundation of civic education, for civic education, lack of clarity in the definition of the values, in the civic education content and methods are also relatively old lag. In fact, civic education is a must do, to what kind of civic education in how to conduct civic education, and these problems by Singapore in its modern society, in the process encountered the same, and positive and effective use of its characteristics, civic education solution, based on the above considerations and the above problems, this article focused on analysis of the following aspects of the concept of citizenship and civic education, civic education in different countries of the world, and its Singapore's stage of development of civic education, characteristics, core values, the implementation of channels, as well as our country's civic education content and methods for analysis of Enlightenment, and to clarify the author's own knowledge and views. Elaborate on these issues, analysis will help us understand the status of civic education in our country, so that we can see less at the same time conducive to China's four civic education related to the improvement of the theory, which is the purpose of this research. Of course, I hope that out there from which to explore the development of civic education with Chinese characteristics, the road to enlightenment.
