| Civic awareness,a kind of social consciousness refers to self-recognition of citizens as members of the whole society.They can clearly know their rights in all aspects of social life,be aware of the obligations as members of the society and be able to correctly handle the relationship between themselves and nature,others and the state.Civic awareness education refers to the education of individual citizen as the object,the various aspects of civic awareness as the educational content.In recent years,civic awareness has been widely concerned by the society,and the level of civic awareness of high school students needs to be improved.It is largely dependent on school education,especially,depends on high school ideological and political courses."Economic life" teaching materials cover national consciousness,social morality awareness,legal awareness,power and obligation awareness and other content."Economic life" classroom should pay attention to the educational content of civic awareness to enhance students' level of civic awareness.But at present,the following conclusions can be drawn from the research data: the current high school students have formed certain civic awareness,but the overall level is not high,and needs to be improved through classroom education.The reasons for this problem include: the qualities and teaching abilities of teachers which need improving,poor student learning,curriculum teaching problems and families,schools and the society haven't formed education resultant force yet.In view of the above reasons,we must adopt countermeasures,including: improving the qualities and teaching abilities of teachers,stimulating students' learning enthusiasm,improving classroom teaching activities and education resultant force of schools,families and the society to give full play to theideological and political "economic life" classroom role,and strengthen the level of civic awareness of the young people,especially high school students. |
