The system is oriented to the Fudan University College of computer science and scientific research information management system, mainly for the management of scientific research. The system use the Fudan University wingsoft WEB development platform, database Oracle, use the B/S system structure. The system’s main goal is to make use of personnel to the high efficiency of the complete scientific research information and basic information of teacher standardized management, and to achieve the intuitive operation, convenient, practical and safety requirements. This system mainly includes the departments and staff management, roles and permissions management, scientific research management, other scientific research management, information collection and statistics, history data maintenance (supplement entry of historical data) module. The college teachers’research information collection, tracking and management to achieve the management of the Institute of statistical evaluation of scientific research information and the scientific research of teachers performance assessment objective. Based on the system mainly focuses on three problems:first, teachers scientific research achievement appraisal second, presenting an effective performance assessment method and strategy third, basing on workflow, scientific research personnels can get an effective communication. This paper first introduces the research system development background as well as the general target; then describes the current domestic and foreign research system development present situation as well as the development of the system to use the technology and software development concept and development tool; then analyzed the system basic demand as well as the database system and database design; there, after the overall system architecture and the design goal, finally, elaborating the key technology the system have used and the advantages and disadvantages of the system.
