Informationization is the trend of the world’s economic and social development. The personnel salary management information system adapting to the requirement of the development of information technology can effectively improve efficiency and enhance the transparency of administrative management Meanwhile, it is the important means of the public institution to carry on the scientific, standardized and efficient management.Because the wage business of the public institution is very complicated and complex and it has strong policy coherence in daily work, there exists a lot of shortcomings in the traditional salary management, such as low efficiency, poor security and so on.Also it’s hard to find,, update and maintain and cannot share the information resources. Using the computer information management system to replace the traditional business, you can do such processing as input, maintenance, query, selection, statistics and some" other processing. It can realize import and export, upload issued, flexible data processing and backup of the information data. Moreover, it can strengthen the units and individuals to manage the personnel, salary, assessment, salary system and reduce the intermediate links of the salary to improve work efficiency and ensure paying timely and fairly with specified amount.Based on the research background, the significance and importance of the project, the thesis expounds the current situation of research and application of similar system and defines the content and the main work of the study. In business analysis, the paper carries on the comprehensive analysis on the problems existing in the system, the organization structure, the original business process and so on. And the modified business flow chart is also given. In functional analysis, through the case analysis and the use case description, the paper clears the system function and gives the system’s overall function package diagram and the function package diagram, including the information maintenance and the personnel information maintenance of the unit, promotion management, annual assessment management, batch maintenance management of the allowances and subsidies, salary management, salary data audit, user management, operation log management, code library management, wage management, data import and export and so on. In data analysis, the system data of each function required to process is analyzed, and the function of the thumbnail and the entity class diagram are presented with a database table structure established. Paper finally summarized the research and analysis of the work done, and the further work is also discussed.
