The Intelligent Home Network Powerline Communication Method

With the development of INTERNET and the rapid construction of wide-band MAN, residential network has become one of the hotspots of research and investment. The limit which caused by low data transmission speed in the last kilometer of transmission line has been overcome by the advancement of corresponding skill and prompt of market requirement. Now there are several available technology we can choose to solve the problem. For example, DSL, HOMEPNA, COMMUNICATION OVER EXSITING AC MAIN WIRING , CABLE MODEM, all technologies mentioned above take advantage of exsiting resource.It's significative to communicate over existing AC main wiring in order to control and monitor electric appliance. By this way, we can make full use of power line network which spreads all over , cut down the cost of projects greatly and benefit customs.Aimed at distribution and attenuation encountered when communication over AC power wiring, this thesis tries to get over all the hardness and make sure transmit data correctly. In order to realize the target, spread spectrum, error-correcting, DSP, LonWorks and their appliances over carrier wave on power line are introduced. Besides, a model of power line transceiver is also introduced in the thesis.
