Digital Video Filtering And Hardware Implementation

This paper is to discuss digital video fitter and it's achievement by hardware. The fitter is the beginning of the digital video processing. And now, the focus on this technology is to find better and faster way to improve the process. Usually, it will be more efficient to process by hardware than by software. But using hardware also brings some shortcomings, as if the electro circuit would be too complex. Some measures by hardware (using FPGA) will be brought forward in this thesis, which could accelerate the digital video processing.
