| This thesis develops a computer-aided testing system for electrical performance of submersible motor pumps based on Virtual Instrument, and completes the design of hardware and software. Compared to other similar devices, high integration, good reliability, low price and strong expansibility are main advantages of the system.In this paper, important information and theoretical background of the project are given in the first, and the frame structure of the system is outlined. Then in the main part of the paper testing principle and methods of test items such as DC resistance, electric parameters, insulation resistance, Turn-to-Turn insulation, shock-withstand and leakage are carefully introduced; software modules are defined and how to implement them is discussed, especially some technology issues encountered such as instrument driver, data acquisition and processing, database design and serial communication and so on; the causes which influence the measuring accuracy and the anti-jam measure are analyzed. At last the testing system is summarized and the innovation is indicated. |
