Water Resources Management System For Corporate Users Network Intelligence

With the rapid development of city, it is more and more exigent for water supply Corporation to enhance management. Intention of study to water supply management is to reduce intensity of work and enhance level of management and service of Tap Water Company, which accelerate business management of water supply and construct of digital city. Based on the actuality of water supply study, a new architecture of water supply management system aimed at group consumer of network intelligence of GPRS transmission is put forward.On the base of the architecture, the study of management system software is emphasized in the paper. Firstly, the function requirement and frame arrangement of the system is analyzed in detail, and network system framework is determined. The system is divided into nine functions module by using module technology and each module is designed in detail. Secondly, the database of the system is designed and built structure by SQL Server2000 on the base of analyzing the system data. Lastly, the realization process of each function module is analyzed, external interface is designed, GPRS data transfer is realized by Delphi and the connection of client program and database is built by ADO technique.The study drastically change charge fashion of traditional numerating water meter of entering door, resolve discrete question of city management to water supply and fussy question of artificial disposal of data, and realize automatic reading meter, charge, creating report forms, and so on.
