Viewable real-time monitoring is an important application of remote measurement and control technology, which can be used in many fields, such as military affairs, industry and education. The remote monitoring system based on Internet and Embedded technology will replace the traditional method and play more significant effect in the future.In this dissertation, a kind of remote video monitoring system based on the embedded Linux and S3C2410 has been successfully developed. The system builds a Web server which can capture video signal from USB digital camera and transport the signal to client through Internet.Specifically, some vital problems of how to realize an embedded system based on S3C2410 and embedded Linux are put forward and discussed. Firstly some embedded operation systems and the situations of ARM processor are introduced. Secondly in the paper, the kernel's sound code of embedded Linux are analyzed, the theory of Bootloader are introduced, the driver of USB device are researched, and then the transplantation of embedded Linux on the ARM platform are accomplished. Finally the implementation of Web server based on TCP/IP protocol and the realization of video signal capture single channel or multi-channel under embedded Linux are discussed in detail. |
