| As a basic operation and support platform, the OSS/BSS plays an important role in the progress of telecom carriers. At the same time, the OSS/BSS supports the transformation of telecom equipment manufactures from manufactures to service providers. Without the OSS/BSS, the transform is hard to succeed. However, the quality of the domestic OSS/BSS needs to be improved, which results in the high cost of the R&D. To improve the quality of the OSS/BSS, the R&D personnel must enhance the project management.The thesis is to analyze the features of all the projects of the OSS/BSS and focuses on the requirement, quality, and cost to provide a universal model for the project management of the OSS/BSS.According to the project management theory and R&D experience, the universal model for the project management of the OSS/BSS is provided through the analysis of literature indexes and instances. The model focuses on the requirement, cost, and quality and integrates all resources to achieve the win-win goal of carriers and enterprises during the project development and management.With the requirement analysis, the thesis provides the requirement engineering model, which results in the establishment of a development process driven by the version delivery; with the quality analysis, the thesis provides the quality management model, which improves the software quality, and urges enterprises to develop the technology and criterion; with the cost analysis, the thesis provides the product development model based on cost control.Finally, taking the application of BOSS 2.0 to province A as an example, the thesis analyses the feasibility and effectiveness of the project management model of the OSS/BSS. |
