The rapid development of the economy brings higher quality of life, also makes people ask for higher requirements of health care. Development of science and technology brings an opportunity to the development of medical devices. Studying portable biochemical analyzer with the use of new technologies has a strong research value and practical significance. The bio-data acquisition system's research and development is the most important of biochemical analysis's research.In this paper, aimed at social needs, I design a bio-data acquisition system of a biochemical analyzer. The system uses highly integrated micro-controller, modular design concept, USB for data transmission to achieve accurate biological data and high-speed transmission. The system's merit is high integration, low cost, good stability and so on.Bio-data acquisition system is mainly made up of two parts: Bio-signal acquisition and data processing. The main part of bio-signal acquisition is bio-signal acquisition module, the use of filtering, signal conditioning, amplification circuit to ensure that the collection of bio-signal complete and accurate. Data processing part mainly includes data-processing modules and data transfer module. Data-processing module uses high-precision ADC to ensure the accuracy of data conversion. Data transmission module uses USB2.0 to transfer data between PC and bio-data acquisition system .It ensures transmission's speed and accuracy.On the base of analyzing the characteristics of biological signals and understanding the USB system, I design the blue print of hardware. In this blue print, each functional module of the hardware design as well as details of the chip selection are introduced particularly. The hardware system and the circuit boards adopt anti-jamming measures. Using software development platform, I design the system software which includes function software, USB firmware and the USB device.I accomplish the hardware platform and software design of bio-data acquisition system. To run software in the hardware platform, integrate the PC applications, the bio-data acquisition system actualizes collecting the bio-data quickly and accurately.
