Automatic biochemical analyzer is one large inspection instrument,which is a set of software,hardware,mechanical,optical,fluidics,thermal aspects of discipline,it is widely used in hospitals for sample detection and is an indispensable instrument in medical inspection.However,for the behindhand domestic development of it,the accuracy and precision of domestic instrument compared with foreign instrument exists so big a gap that it is difficult to satisfy the increasing of hospital's clinical inspection requirements.Some domestic large hospitals spend large cost in the purchase of imported equipment and its maintenance.As such,it adds much difficulty to gain popularity in the small and medium-sized hospitals.With the consideration,the development of a high-performance cost-effective automatic biochemical analyzer with independent intellectual property remains an urgency and necessary for the domestic industry.The purpose of the thesis is to develop a medium automatic biochemical analyzer with full function,stable performance,affordable price and simple operation.As the core of biochemical analyzer,the performance of the control system often determines the quality of the whole product,which represents the key value and contribution of the paper.The paper has made a brief introduction of present situation and trends of the industry and its application in both domestic and overseas markets,focused on the working principles of automatic biochemical analyzer and the overall structure,and underlined the design of control system,the hardware part as well as the software part.To be more specific,software system includes the control software of single-chip processor system and PC application software.The machine control software applies FPGA to achieve the real time control system,weakening the MCU in real-time control in the process of role.The application software has been completed in the VC++ integrated development environment,which adopts Windows XP interface style to achieve the operation functions of controlling,analysis,printing,monitoring and configuration.The biochemical analyzer is an optical instrument with high-speed A/D conversion chip,with digital potentiometer used to guarantee the accuracy of lighting.Due to the strict medical instrument of temperature control,the system uses water bath heating type to preheat reaction solution,and software adopts PID control method in temperature control with deviation allowed not exceeding 0.1?.The base of the automatic biochemical analyzer is step moto r and DC motor,which operating the whole control system components.In the process of motor running,different S-type acceleration and deceleration curves have been adopted to ensure smooth operation of the motor.In the end of the paper,a series of tests have been applied to verify the stability,reliability and precision of the control system,and the results affirm the conclusion that the new control system can completely satisfy the requirement in clinical use,in improving the reliability of the precision at the same time,and reduc ing the cost.
