| The rapid development of the railway transportation calls on a stricter demand on the measurement of the state of the railway. The switch is the weak part of the measurement and maintenance of the railway and the frog is an important part of the switch. Therefore the measurement of the frog becomes even more important. Now the measurement of the frog in our country has less degree of mechanization, high energy consumption, low efficiency, bad equality. And it's difficult to accommodate the demand of the rapidly developing railway. Referring to the advanced technologies both at home and abroad, considering the current situation of our railway, a program about frog measurement equipment which is based on Windows Mobile embedded operating system is proposed. The frog measurement equipment achieves the aim of the automation of the measurement of the frog, raises the accuracy and efficiency of the measurement of the frog. The main research is listed below:(1)The background of the measurement of the frog and the current situation of the measurement of the frog both at home and abroad are introduced. The problems of the measurement of the frog in China are pointed out. A program about frog measurement equipment which is based on Windows Mobile embedded operating system is proposed and the composition of the structure and principle of measurement are stated.(2) Based on the design objective and requirement, the overall design scheme of the software of the frog measurement equipment is proposed. Firstly, a proper Windows Mobile device and an appropriate software development platform are chosen. Secondly, three communication methods are introduced and the adopted communication methods are determined. Thirdly, the embedded database-SQLite is presented. In the end, object-oriented analysis approach of the software is used to analyze software of the frog measurement equipment systematically.(3)A research of the key algorithms used in the software development is made.The mathematical algorithms of the abrasion of the switch are introduced. In the meanwhile, the data structure which is used to store the coordinate points in the software and the best method which is used to fit the curve of the wing rail are studied separately.(4) The functions of all parts of the software of the frog measurement equipment are studied and designed. Firstly the communication module and the database module are designed, then the interfaces of all parts of the software are designed, in the end, the design of Today Item and installation package of the software is introduced.(5)According to the function requiremnets of all parts of the software, the software is finished.The reliability and operability of the software are tested on the PC.And all functions of the software are tested in field.The results of the tests show that all functions of the software meet the requirements.And the frog measurement equipment is characteristic with high accuracy, reliability of data, rapid measurement, real-time display of the results of the measurement and quicksave. |
