This subject, research of blowout-forecasting and intelligent control, stems from the item "Application Technology Research and Development of Sichuan Science and Technology Agency". This item contains two Parts, which are blowout-forecasting system and intelligent control system. This article has been designed and implemented mainly for blowout intelligent control system. During the research of this article, many experts have been consulted and a lot of relevant information at home or abroad has also been collected. It laid a solid foundation for the article in theory and information. The aim of this article complies blowout intelligent control and the task is to design the blowout expert intelligent control system based on FPGA.It has been analyzed of the reason of blowout and the law in the blowout control. This article describes the structure of the system and the schematics of the hardware is also presented in the article. This dissertation describes the design and the implementation of the blowout expert intelligent control system based on FPGA. This dissertation adopts the 32-bit microprocessor soft-core Nios II and the programmable logical chip Cyclone, which are supplied by the Altera company. This dissertation also takes the FPGA exploring suites Quartus and Nios II IDE of Altera. The main part of the whole system is FPGA and its expander. System design includes hardware design and software design. Hardware design is accomplished with VHDL language. Software design is accomplished with C language.It is the application of computer in real-timely monitoring the relevant parameters to research intelligent decision method so that we can get the scientific projections and control of overflow, well kick, blowout and other things probably occurs in the process of drilling operations. In fact, this design has completely implemented stable performance, and achieved the design requirement. The system can effectively and reliably control the blowout. The successful development of the system plays an important role in the security of oil and gas exploration and development operations, which has broad application prospects.
