Compared with the old party newspaper, this is even can be seen as signs of moral and ethical degradation which needs violent suppression; but from the transformation perspective, this transition period is normal phenomenon derived from " anomie ", therefore, a rational guidance is the exact answer to this, until matching the norm which is in the continuous adjustment. So, the most important thing is to find the mechanism behind the formation.Therefore, the theory of identity transition is introduced in the study, which demonstrates that media corruption is not the outcome of the mandatory transformation that only institution transition influence media's behavior, but emerged with the social transformation, identity transition make behavior changing a spontaneous choice and these behaviors have a reverse affection on the system ontology, calling for the supportive system design, but because the adjustment of the system lags, reactions of the media appear, corruption is one of the production.This is different from a general sense of corruption, which is the reason of strong emphasis on "ethical aspects" in the article. such a classification has two advantages, one is to clarify the boundary of corruption, in order to determine the direction and magnitude of the system's adjustment; on other the one hand, to clarify the nature of corruption can make the main body of the supervisor of corruptions clear, bringing the real corruption in the ruling by the law, rather than moral "corruption" as a guise to nothing. This paper also hopes to establish such a judge standard, under this premise, this study is mainly about the corruption in ethics context, which includes traffic allowance, paid news, paid not to published news (extortion behavior not included), etc.These are not media's natural characteristics, identity transition theory provides a analysis tool:due to identity transition, the field involved changes, so change the type of capital of fields, which led to change of the factor weight in the rational option equation, which eventually led to deviations-towards economic rationality, neglecting the professionalism; However, this paper does not exaggerate people's initiative, but based on field gaming, to explore a more macro issues, that is, what grants the capital power, which is also inseparable with the transition of the value of the whole society. Marketization, born in the economy field, changed the capital strength, the economy field seized the dominant position, in which cases, the other capital only have the value of exchange, not the truly value, in the social environment, the value of professionalism is gradually shrinking, and becomes a model to the media only when it has exchange value, this is the backgrounds of hypocrisy professional, and the causes of media and their practitioners using status to exchange "payment", of which traffic allowance, paid news are merely two forms.So to let the media and its practitioners return to the "professionalism" and to enhance their professional growth and combat effectiveness, establishing and nurturing the capital which is the core importance in the media field, making the professional field a capital to compete with other fields.
