The wireless communication requirements in all fields are increasing with the development in modern science and technology. On the one hand, wireless communication system has gradually developed from conventional single-function communication to multi-function integrated communication system which involves data, images, multimedia and voice and has an enhanced communication capability. On the other hand, it is crucial to implement effective usage of spectrum resource and anti-jamming in communication system with the increase of communication system categories and communication speed. Therefore, digital communication system has been rapidly developed. Compared with analog communication system, the digital communication system has the advantages of anti-jamming, higher security and capability of multiple-signal frequency reuse, however, it requires better channel performance. RF analog channel's transmission power, receiving sensitivity and wideband amplitude-phase conformance have become the keystone of digital wireless communication system development. This thesis focuses on the requirement of wireless high-speed digital communication, analyzes the communication capabilities influenced by different RF channel specifications, and discusses the key technologies in high-performance RF channel design. Based on the results obtained, according to the application requirements of a certain key engineering project, wideband Ku high-performance R/T channel has been successfully developed and the system integrated test has been conducted. The experiences gained will greatly facilitate the development of other wideband wireless communication systems.
