| Air Data System is very important airborne equipment. It is made up of different kinds of sensors dealing with collecting original signals, computers that are used to deal with air datas and displays equipments. It is one of the most important signal sources and is used to collect, calculating, revolving different air datas. The original air data signal including Ps, Pt, TAT, Aos, Aoa calculated and transformed into air data such as Ps, Pt, altitude difference, HPR, Vi, TATYALID, M, ADR, TAT, SAT, Aoa. We began our research on air data system not long ago and the development levels of different parts of the system are not balanced. Our products are usually bigger, heavier and less accurate than those which made in western countries or Russia. So it is imperative to further strengthen the development of our technology and systematic research.Taking air data system, as its primary object of study, the paper mainly make researches on configuration, theories and features of how pitot-static probe and air data computer transform the datas. By analyzing the development and application as well as their technological features in different stages of air data system, we should research deeply on the structure, theory, and its development tendency. Study more about the development of air data system in some foreign advanced airplanes. We put forward the idea of distributed air data system according to the present development level and the capability of the product. This paper also analyzes the stealth effect, high autoimmunization, integrated skills and informationization of aeronautic equipment.The author compared the design and the usage of multipurpose swivel that is used in some overseas advanced airplanes with aeronautical manufacturing technology development in China. To arrange the structure and function of ADC, the author proposed the design of putting the sensor forward and data-dealing function afterward.Combine the signal acquisition of pitot-static probe and analysis with powerful exploit tool of ACD and make its function stronger. This paper brings forward that on the hardware platform, the application software is designed. The software mainly uses engineering developing modeling technique. It emphasis signal treatment technology, primary design, detailed design and analyses the total technical construction to the testing system, and describes the design method of software and hardware. |
