Farmers have natural link with market. Traditionally, fairs, festivals, shops, businesses and the Shining street, is the medium of linking Chinese farmers and market. Since 1949, the rural supply and marketing cooperatives have been established. Supply and marketing cooperatives became bigger day by day, while fairs, festivals, shops, businesses and street Shining atrophied gradually, countryside original transaction mode changed. Supply and marketing cooperatives bacame the principal parts in leading rural markets.This paper cases in Hebei Raoyang county, through carding Raoyang supply and marketing cooperatives’ distribution, transaction types, transaction amount, transaction prices four historical facts between 1949 and 1965, protes how supply and marketing cooperatives established and developed step by step, embedded in the countryside, alienated and even key off the connection between famers and traditional market, and ultimately control the farmers and market’s relations. Supply and marketing cooperatives played an important role in controlling the relationship of farmers and market. In fact, it is representative of Country, the media of state controlled the rural market. Country gradually took control of the production and living materials trade in rural by national supply and marketing cooperatives, affected and intervened farmers’ lives.
