Research On Financing Mode Of Infrastructure Construction In The Process Of Urbanization In China

In recent years, due to the accelerat development of China’s urba nization,there is a huge funding gap on infrastructure construction.Cur rently,the national financial investment to the development of infrastruct ure construction is less than a drop in the ocean, so that it is u nable to cope with the unbearable pressure comes from the infrastruct ure construction of the urbanization process.On the other hand, the ra pid development of China’s private enterprises has laid sufficient mater ial and technical basis for their participation in urban infrastructure c onstruction.In the process of urbanization,there are a lot of infrastructur e projects belongs to quasi-operational items, which have the most no table feature including both public welfare and profitability.Therefore, inthis context, how to fully mobilize social resources into the constru ction of urbanization infrastructure,how to broad the participation of th e whole society under the guiding of the goverment,and how to cha nge the financing mode which solely rely on the financial investmenthas become an urgent problem.This paper first clarified China’s infrastructure construction financing situation,and then took the United States and Japan’s infrastructure financing mode as examples to introduce the advanced experience of foreign contries which we can learn and use on the financing of China’s infrastructure construction.Through comparative analysis,this paper come to a conclusion, on the basis of sounding the infrastructure financing mode in the process of China’s urbanization, we should firstly improve infrastructure financing regulations and policies,Secondly improve infrastructure financing management system, thirdly complete infrastructure financing regulatory mechanism,in addition,diversifying the subject,channel and method of financing.In this way, we can solve the issues of China’s urban infrastructure financing.
