Jiaozuo is one of the important level city in Henan province, is an important base of culture and science and education in Henan province. In recent years, Jiaozuo developing urbanization, urban infrastructure level and urban comprehensive function is improved.However, due to the history of urban infrastructure debt more, construction starting point is not high, many facilities aging is serious, the renewal and transformation of new and task is very difficult, compared with the demand of the national center for urban gap is also very obvious, how to speed up the construction of infrastructure is the government’s emergency problem. Massive urban infrastructure construction needs huge capital investment, from the point of Jiaozuo’s current situation, the urban construction and development of the demand and the lack of funds, the contradiction between the two is very outstanding. In this case, it is very urgent to broaden the financing channels, attract non-state capital investment in infrastructure construction and to break through the bottleneck of urbanization infrastructure construction fund.In this paper, using literature analysis is combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis, on the current Jiaozuo infrastructure construction investment and financing present situation and problems of urbanization are analyzed, through the analysis to understand good financing mode at home and abroad, put forward to solve the problems of the urbanization in Jiaozuo infrastructure construction investment and financing specific Suggestions.
