With the rapid development of China’s real estate industry, there come out some unavoidable problems, which makes small and medium-sized real estate enterprises face tremendous pressure of competition, so actively seeking core competence has become an urgent need to solve the problem of real estate enterprises. With the growing scale of Guangyu group development, multi-project management experienced numerous difficult problems; At the same time there are also some problems in the selling process of housing products in the company, In order to solve the above problems, the CRM application study in the real estate business, has the practical significance.This paper first analyzes the existing problems of customer relationship management at Guangyu Group, through the research of customer relationship management theory, analysis of the actual operation of cases, supporting measures to develop scientific framework of customer relationship management at Guangyu Group and the implementation of customer relationship management; By using examples of data, charts, statistical reports and other ways to illustrate the components of the CRM system module at Guangyu group and its functions, to solve the cross-region, multi-project management problems and controlling problems at Guangyu Group through the implementation of CRM information management; and by using the fact-proving method, to explain the importance of customer relationship management in the enterprise development:that is, customer satisfaction improvement, enhancement of the core competitiveness of enterprises, so as to achieve the maximum economic benefits of the company.This article unifies the author’s working experiences at Guangyu Group, the customer service management practice and personal experience, by writing this paper, systematically elaborates that the customer relations management develop a positive effect on the enterprise, hopefully to offer reference for exploring the CRM practice of small and medium-sized real estate enterprises.
