Research On The Development Of Innovative Economy In The East Of Russia

With the advantage of natural resources, the eastern of Russia regards rough machining and export of raw material as the main force to stimulate economic development. However, researches have shown that natural resources endowment in some countries or regions is negatively correlated to the economic growth. The eastern of Russia also faces the same problem and the development of this area has been brought to the forefront. This paper begins with the current situation of the natural resources of the eastern of Russia. First this paper elaborates the feature of economic development and transformation obstacle of resource-oriented country. Then this paper analyzes the inevitability of transformation and the possibility of innovation. Then this paper put up with a development path. The path is based on energy diversification, promoted by innovation, depends on transportation network, and emphasizes the effect of government. This conclusion makes an enlightening role for the transportation of resource-oriented area of our country and provide a reference for the regional cooperation between China and Russia.
