The Research For Transition And Development Of Coal Resource-based Economy

In recent years,the problem of the transition of resource-based Economy has been attention by academia and government departments,and become the important subject of social.According to the statistics of relevant departments,There are 262 resource-based cities in China,Among them,the county accounted for more than 75%.However,because of the economic system reform and promote continuously,these resource-based towns due to extensive mining for a long period of time,the current common facing the plight of “Mineral depletion,Urban decay”.Changing the way of development of resources urban economic transformation the inevitable choice of sustainable development,the core of the economic transformation is the transformation of the industry.Taking yulin city of shaanxi province as an example,analyzes the economic industry development present situation,put forward the industry transformation of resources cities and towns path selection and strategy.The article is divided into five chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,the first chapter is introduction,introduces the background and significance of resource-based economy transformation,as well as the status quo of domestic and foreign research on transformation of resource-based economy,and lists the successful transition of resource-based cities and towns of the case,the last in the end puts forward the research framework and research method of this paper.The second chapter introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis,the economic transformation of resources is the main theoretical concepts are resource-based cities and towns,economic transformation,the theoretical basis is life cycle theory,the industrial structure optimization theory;The third chapter introduces the resource-based economy development present situation of yulin city;The fourth chapter through the SWOT analysis method to the transformation of resource-based economy in yulin city are analyzed;In the fourth chapter based on the SWOT analysis of the related research subject,in the fifth chapter puts forward the selection strategy of resource-based economic transformation of yulin city development strategy,and the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
