Accompany with the development of our economy, the competition of the market is just the competition of the talent. The management of the enterprise is the executable section to assure the profit of the enterprise. It’s the center of message transfer. It’s the key talent who needs training. What’s kind of training plan to design? What’s training method to use? How to increase their management ability by training? All of these are the questions which always bother the organizer of enterprise training. Now the normal ways be used during management training are as follows:1.Co-operate with outside companies to invite teacher or experts to give lessons.2.Choose the person to attend outside training open lessons.3.Study in colleague, such as MBA or EMBA.4.Use inside studying system to train. After using so many training methods, the enterprise find they couldn’t assure the training result. The enterprise also do lots of training courses. But no one could answer the questions whether the training is effective, whether the content of method of training are really useful to employee. If we want to make training active, what should we do then? "Blended training project" which blended with classroom learning, IT technology using and practice after class is one of the effective way to solve these problems.The object of study for blended training project in this paper is a domestic commercial bank, we called bank M. In the past bank M normally trained only for their job. Management technology training only use classroom learning. It’s almost no use to improve the management ability. How to improve it by training to catch the fast change market becomes main problem of the basic managers in bank M.This paper analyzed bank M how to take the practical and effective blended training project for the newly appointed primary managers. It solves the train dilemma which the training person faces. It also assure to reach the training result.The blended training mentioned in the paper is useful way for the train department of most domestic enterprises.
