A Research Of Blended Learning Design In Enterprise Training

Enterprise training is a cross research field of Educational Technology and Management. This paper focuses on the study of Blended Learning design in enterprise training. The increasing research on Blended Learning started from 2001 when e-learning research became less popular in the world. Blended learning focuses on optimizing achievement of learning objectives by applying the "right" learning technologies to match the "right" personal learning style to transfer the "right" skills to the "right" person at the "right" time.This paper studies abundant original literatures of Blended Learning in the world and tries to help instructional designers and training specialists in China understand the research outcome of Blended Learning and its design. Then it analyzes some excellent solutions and practices of Blended Learning design in the world and provides suggestions on how to execute Blended Learning in Chinese enterprises, which will guide Chinese enterprises to design their own Blended Learning solutions by themselves.Taking the advantage of intership at "I" company, the author designs WAI Blended Learning and NEO Blended Learning courses for "I" company based on its own condition. As the globalization of the world' s economy and China' s continuous fast development, more and more companies will adopt Blended Learning.
