Study On The Present Situation Of The Construction Of Farmhouse Reconstruction In Li'ao Street, Wenzhou City

With the rapid development of economy, to get rid of dual structure between Urban and rural areas and to progress urbanization is very urgent. In 2011,WenZhou fully carried out the guiding principles of the Party’s Eighteenth National Congress, and proposed to implement the “Three Detached and Three Reformed” in the whole city. The “Three Detached and Three Reformed” based on the concentration of farmhouse rebuilding, progressing urbanization orderly. This paper Study on the Li Ao’s concentration of farmhouse rebuilding, in order to find out the way of pushing on the rural area development and suggestions for beautiful countryside construction.This paper first described some theories, such as the coordinate urban and rural development, effects of agglomeration economies and other related concepts, and then brief description the concentration of farmhouse rebuilding situation in TianJin, JiaXin and CangNan District. This paper analyzed the differences among three district and get the revelation for Li Ao concentration of farmhouse rebuilding.Relating to the economic and social development in Li Ao and basing on a great quantity of status materials, the paper gave out a thorough description of the factors that effected Li Ao concentration of farmhouse rebuilding, such as location, natural conditions, Socio-economic conditions, population, land and so on. It also analyzed both favorable and unfavorable factors, and compared the two gathering modes in Li Ao. At the end of this paper, it summarized 7 suggestions for Li Ao concentration of farmhouse rebuilding, e.g. design the rural plan scientifically, value the district characteristic, expand the financing channels, conform the land resource, guarantee farmers’ rights, and enrich farmers’ civic life.
